For all of their smack talk I have to say that last night Paula and I did not just beat the boys in a friendly little game of cards but completely obliterated them. It was more than a win.
Once again we prove that we are superior in our card-playing strategery. Yes that is a word.
Really I have nothing more to say about it.
It was a beautiful thing.

Translation: You got dealt all of the right cards... and then you cheated.
Don't worry, I understand.
Hey!! You know it was good strategy and superior card playing!!
I'm afraid that my brother has it correct... I was there. I witnessed the whole sordid event.
Not a pretty thing when you see this kind of trickery (it's like strategery but different).
Beautiful thing it was, my friend. I'm signing in as anonymous-but it is really me-the other fabulous half of the superior card-playing from last night. It looks like we have some sore losers on our hands, Kristen? As we all know, cheating is not in our vocabulary and the only trickery that occurred was on the inferior side. Luckily we're above that. However, not above gloating...gloat, gloat! SO much fun!!!

As I told you last night... you win once, it is luck... twice and we call it a coincidence... three times and MAYBE it is the beginning of a trend! Right now you're just lucky. Let's see what happens next time!
Paula's Trend-y Half...

What card games do you play? I used to play Euchre (sp?) in high school. That used to be fun but I haven't played in so long I completely forget what we did? My brother-in-law recently taught me how to play Texas Hold'em and that was fun, too!
